Disabled Filipino of the Year

2011 | Philippine Foundation for the Rehabilitation of the Disabled, Inc.

Awarded to Councilor Nathan Sergio for surmounting his disability and excelling in the field of government service. Nathan is a polio survivor, contracting the virus at the age of one.

Dangal ng Bayan Award

The Dangal ng Bayan is the highest award given to a government official or employee for demonstrating exemplary conduct and ethical behavior, following the eight norms of behavior provided under Republic Act No. 6713, otherwise known as the “Code of Conduct and Ethical Standards for Public Officials and Employees,” to wit:

Selected by his co-councilors to compete, Nathan Sergio walked off as the Regional Winner during the search for The Outstanding Councilors of the Philippines (TOCP).

Conferred to Nathan Sergio for his dedication as Chief of UPAO, for maintaining a prompt, courteous, honest, and efficient office.

Pamuntungan Golden Bell Award

Deemed an outstanding Buhi'non by his hometown, Buhi, for his exemplary performance in government service.
