OFFICIAL DECLARATION OF JOMAPA MONUMENT IN NAGA

Resolution 2014-020

Declaring JOMAPA Monument at the Naga Central School I as Naga City’s official monument for the national hero Jose Maria Panganiban y Enverga, a patriot, propagandist and a Bicolano member of La Solidaridad. This leads to marker installation by the National Historical Commission of the Philippines (NHCP), recognizing the pre-war monument as the oldest surviving monument in the country, honoring JOMAPA.
